22 Winmag Barrel for Encore?

I remember reading here about a custom 22mag barrel that doesn't require any mods for switching to rimfire.
I ran a search, and am unable to find the thread.  
Can anyone help me out with who makes this barrel?

thanks for the link.  Are these barrels Match Grade quality?  It says they want a couple of the rounds you will be shooting out of it, so I would assume that the tolerences are quite specific to a given round.
Has anyone used these barrels before, and how was their performance?
