Which Powder? 30 40 Krag

I'm about to load some 200gr GC cast boolits for a TC Contender in 30 40 Krag. It has a super 14" barrel.
I'm looking to squeeze out what velocity I can from this short barrel [ within SAAMI specs ].
 
So my question is; which is the best choice of powder to use with regards to the barrel length vs a fireball of unburnt powder vs too fast burning powder with resulting pressure spike= undue stress on the contender frame?
I have on hand  4895, H322, H110, Lilgun, RL7 .......but am not limiting my load to only those choices.

With cast I would and do use Accurate 5744,with jacketed, IMR 4350

I have been doing 28.5 gr. Reloader7 as memory serves in 30-40 Krag with a 180 gr. Hornady SP bullet.  Getting 2062 fps and it's safe pressures for WWI guns.  In your TC, you should be able to go to 31 gr. safely and gain some velocity in that firearm.  Also, dropping to a 150 gr. gains a few FPS.  I'm using 180's to get out there longer towards my large throated bolt action.  I took a doe with it this fall and it's good enough to get expansion out to 250 yards or so max according to JBM ballistics.

never owned one but about bet 4895 would be the ticket in one.
