Gun Show Calender?

I thought it might be helpful to military surplus collectors to have a place to post information on upcoming gun shows and to review shows that we have been to.

Gun Show at the Valley Forge Convention Center, in King of Prussia, PA. on March 13 + 14. 700 tables. I'm hoping to find my first Mil-surp rifle there, and maybe my second as well!

The Valley Forge Gun show this past weekend was great! It was very crowded up until about 1PM, but lots of buying and selling going on. I saw a couple of reasonably priced Swedish Mausers, a few fair K31s, but ended up buying a Mosin Nagant M38 w/ laminated stock in unissued condition. Lots of high end stuff, but many down to earth buys.

BIG Wanenmacher Tulsa Gun Show on April 3 & 4.  Great show with around 3,800 tables and you can find just about anything you need/want.
There is enough competition that the prices are usually pretty decent.
I'll be at table 3C3 and hope to find an M1 Garand for a decent price also hope to see  some blackpowder cannon folks there.  It's held at the State Fairgrounds -- get there early to get a good parking spot so that you don't have to tote your purchases too far.  Blaster (Bob in CO)

It seems like the biggest gun shows are out west. Is the Mil-Surp selection better out there also?

I think a calender of upcoming shows is a good idea, however, I dont think the reviews part of it is such a good idea.

If someone finds a really good deal, they will I am sure let us all know,

otherwise I can foresee the inevitable whining and bellyaching about prices and Beef jerky venders.
