I read the post about someone wanting a thumbhole stock and there was a link to Gunstocks Inc. In their "odds-n-ends" section were these babies, going to look awesome on my heavy barrel .308 when I get it back from my gunsmith. He's threading the barrel for a comp.

I was looking at that one myself, but dont care for red too much. They had a orange and gray set at one time that did look cool. I have seen other companies that have some really bright green laminates that I would go for if available from GSI for a Handi.

Ya know, it kinda grows on ya..........but I'm not sure yet if it's like a wart.  It's different, that's for sure.  The deer will only see it in shades of gray.......can't decide if that's lucky for them or not ::)

I was looking for a cheap stock for my grandson's first .22,
...and found an unfinished one that color on the shelf.
I planned to sand it smooth and paint it black.
... he liked the color and the rough finish.
So it got cut off to a short pull, and he got what he liked.

I think they all lie.....I was shocked when my dad told me Dave Walker died a few years ago, I grew up watching him for years till I left, Dianna Fairbanks isn't that bad, I didn't think.

Years ago I misplaced a 12 ga. shotgun up on the Unuk River.  It went down itno the tall grass as we were getting into the skiff to go to the plane to go back to Ketchikan.  The pilot had to stand by while I zipped back to look for it.  I did find it, but a blaze orange stock would have made it a LOT easier!
