Grip screw came loose
«

After sigting in my .223 conender carbine yesterday, i noticed the stock was loose. I re-tightend grip screw but, now do I need to re-sight in?
Also, does anyone use red locktight on the grip screw?

NO
I have sighted in a rifle and then changed out the stock set and sight did not change I would not use lock tight on that bolt.
