I did years back. I looked at the Nosler data and it appears to to be extremely conservative. If you have a Sierra manual, they don't list a 150 but they do list a 140 and a 160gr bullet and the test firearm IS a Winchester Model 88, 22" barrel, 1:10' twist which should be your rifle. They list as a max load for the 140gr flat based bullet using IMR4350 as 54.9grs of powder. Velocity at 2900'ps. For the 160 grs boat tail bullet a max load of IMR4350 at 52.4grs. Speed at 2700'ps. Max loads should be some where in between but I'd start looking for pressure at the max loads per Nosler and go up if necessary a half grain at a time looking for accuracy and pressure.
If you read the test firearm for the Nosler data, it has a custom barrel of 24" and a 1:9" twist. The twist rate being faster will build pressure quicker than your rifle. Frankly, unless you have the same Lilja barrel, the data is worthless at Nosler. This is why you have to read the test firearm first........like I should have before I started this post. But as always, start low and work up. I don't have the data I developed for the Model 88 I had so I can't relate any to you but I never shot a 150 anyway. The Sierra 140 for my hunting conditions would do anything I needed and then some. Maybe someone with Quickloads can run it for you using the 150 bullet and give you more exacts.
