Friday the weather was pretty decent so I ran 60 + pounds of alloy threw the pro-melt, love that RCBS pot. It was expensive but worth every penny. I bought the RCBS a little over 2 years ago. And still no complaints. I look back on all the years with the Lee pots, they did the job but no comparison to the RCBS.
One-day casting and two more running the bullets threw the lube/sizer. I didn’t count the cast bullets, however my arthritis tells me it was a bunch. I should be good on 45ACP, 45LC, and 40 S+W for awhile. The arthritic eases up I hope to cast 4 other pistol and a couple different Rifle bullets. The mild winter and a couple new Mausers pretty much depleted my cast stockpile. It’s a Lot of work but seeing those plastic jugs full of free bullets makes it all worth it. Well except for the electric for the pot and the heater on the lube/sizer. I built a bullet trap a few years back, recycle the lead so no more scrounging lead.
