The White House is closed to tourists but the Obama girls can prance around on vacation for days on end.

Sun Valley is known to be a getaway for celebrities and the First Family is no different.
In an exclusive photo obtained by Idaho’s First News, you can see the First Daughters, Malia and Sasha Obama skiing at River Run Thursday.
The Sun Valley Ski Patrol confirms the girls were enjoying the wonders of the mountain. We also received unconfirmed reports the daughters were staying at Thunder Spring in Sun Valley.
A local resident weighs in on the Obamas’ presence in town.
Bill Collins, Representative, Sun Valley Visitor Center says, “they’re allowed to relax. They can just be themselves here. It’s not a ‘show-offy’ place, they can just be who they are.”

Actually, royalty would be cheaper to maintain.  Great Britain's entire royal family only cost about a tenth of what it costs us for the Zeroes.

Nothing but liberal elitists.  They know what is good for the poor, yet slap their spending in our faces.  When are the unions going to get their belly full of him.  Jimmy Carter was a meiser.  He didn't want to spend excess taxpayer money.  Bush owned his own ranch where he spent a lot of time.  Reagan also owned his own ranch where he spent a lot of time.  Clinton didn't travel or spend that much taxpayer money, nor did Hillary.  Eiesenhower may have played more golf than Obama, but vacation enterages for their family, nope.  Eiesenhower also sent back to Mexico 2 million illegals in buses and boats.  Cut the unemployment down by about a percent after doing so by allowing Americans to take these jobs.  I bet you could cut unemployment by 1-2 % right now by sending back all illegals and cutting unemployment back to 12-16 weeks from 99 weeks.  Saving money and getting people working paying taxes, because they have to work then.
