.243 Barrel options

Doing some research about models and options on the .243.  What variations was out there?  I have a couple 20'' ones, and have had a 22'' standard one.  Is there a Heavy Barrel one?  Is it an Ultra?  Is it 22'' or 24''?

20" superlight with and without sights, 22" standard contour blued and stainless, 24" Ultra bull, also been made in 24" fluted bull.
