MSNBC pushing anti gun laws
« on: April 09, 2013, 04:44:07 AM »
I watched Morning Joe this morning on MSNBC  and it's obvious they are helping Obama with his anti gun offensive. Joe Scarborough actually said that anyone that wasn't in favor of universal background checks was in favor of rapists having access to firearms. He also reported that anyone could currently buy a firearm on the internet without going through a background check. With reporting like this no wonder they say 90% of Americans favor a universal background check. I'm skeptical of that number and noticed that they are backing away from the 40% figure they were using as the number of firearms sold without checks. Obama is giving some of the Sandyhook parents a ride on Air Force One back to D.C. There is no doubt in my mind that he will use them for props to push his antigun agenda.

I'm not surprised by anything the news has on these days. If folks were too lazy to do the research for a presidential election, what makes you think they'll do anything but take the news agencies word for it that back ground checks are great. They don't understand what all is involved or the data stream that these checks will create and what someone could do with it. It's called low knowledge voters...and we have some incredible dumbasses in this nation.
Unfortunately we can thank a Texan for this, Lyndon Johnson and his Great Society. We have a whole breed of Government  dependents that have no clue what work means other than it must be a dirty word as it's 4 letters long and ends in K. It's not "our" tax dollars they are getting, it's their money that the Gov't owes them, just ask one of them.

I guess it's a bit like an auto accident- I should know better but can't quit watching. This morning they ran a video supposedly made by an AL Quada most wanted that said a terrorist could go to a gun show and buy a machine gun ( yes - MACHINE GUN ) at a gun show without a background check and possibly without even showing an I.D. They also had Joe "The Genius" Bidden and he said without high cap magazines at least one more child would be alive in Sandyhook. He also said people made fun of him for telling people to use a shotgun for home defense, but if people used an AR15 they would kill their kids in the next room. I would like to see someone ask one of those anti-gun moderators to define an " assault weapon " and and watch the results. So much for my rant. I really don't need coffee in the morning. Just watch a little MSNBC and the ole ticker really gets goin'.
