They ain't... well, at least I don't think they are...  :-\   I'm not sure anymore... been a few years since I done one... I was lookin at one in the frozen bird section just the other day... maybe I oughta try again...  :P
 
But this weekend I'm gonna do duck breast with a sherry wine sauce.   ;D
 
I never raised ducks...  :-\   Well, I did have a pet duck once.  Actually it was my kid's duck.  It used to follow them down to the end of our long (country) driveway when they left in the morning to catch the school bus.  One morning it got hit by a car flying across the street.   :(   Dead duck... Not enough left to eat...  ::)
 
Raised a lot of chickens though.  Once I bought a hundred Rock/Cornish cross day old chicks.  Started killin at 4 weeks for game hens.  By the time I was finished they were 2.5 lb fryers!   ;D   Once was enough!   ;)
