Scary Movie

I rented a movie over the weekend, 'Runaway Jury', bunch of big stars, Hoffman and Hackman to name a couple. Had no idea what it was about, rented it based on who is in it. Got a very unpleasant surprise just a little way into it, firearms manufacturer being sued by victim's wife. Hollywood elites still at it. Let them take on the auto industry or the alcoholic spirits makers and see what happens.  :(

Then what would all those socialites do with their limo's and booze parties?  Their "EVIL" black limo and the "EVIL" booze would be taboo and they couldn't have that.  Even though they  don't have a constitutional right to drive or drink.  Most of them do both at the same time.
God, Family, and guns, in that order!

Interesting this is that I understand that the book it is based on was about Tobacco lawsuits and it was Dustin Hoffman that pushed them to make it a gun lawsuit.
