Forbidden error message?

Probably the wrong spot for this, but I don't use the rest of this forum only the cannon section so I thought maybe you guys would be able to help me out.  I keep getting this error message a lot.  Sometimes when I hit reply.  twice when I hit new topic to start this thread.  once when I clicked on the cannon forum link at the top of the page just trying to refresh it.

I think there is a discussion on this some where in the Forum support board...they have been doing some work on the server If I remember right.

Thanks, it seems to have gone away for now.  I just thought it was odd, it only did it about every other or every third click so I ruled out forum issues and thought it had something to do w/ my computer or my account.

Yeah I have gotten it a few times when I go to click and enlarge photos....

I have also gotten almost plain text pages intermittently, more frequently last night.
