From all reports I've seen it was the teacher who was disruptive, not the student. He was just standing in the lunch line when the teacher accosted him and hauled him off to the principal's office for more harassment.
Then the police arrested him! On what grounds? I hope this family wins a BIG lawsuit - the teacher, principal, school, and police all should have to pay for their despicable actions.
