Did you try to email them? I know they won't hardly talk on the phone. I called them about swapping out my kydex out of my m&p 40c supertuck to fit my glock 27 a month ago, thinking I could just run it by there(about 10 min from my house)...he said it would be better to mail mine in with a check and then they would ups mine back....I thought that was strange, so I sold their holster and bought another. The one I got was horsehide and similar in design to theirs, but doesn't feel nearly as good as the Crossbreed.
