Contact board Sponsor Ed "Armorer77" at HMR Cannons...He make moulds.

I myself no longer make any of my larger projectiles.  I have all my large calibers molds lodged with Rotometals for cast Zinc golf ball, popcan balls and 6  PDR balls.  The one inch mould I still cast in lead, but that is the largest I do in lead.

Bud Light Platinum cans fit my 2.25" barrel. I fill them with outdated grout from work, may not be period correct but it flies.

Six ounce tomato paste cans work very well and being steel they hold up well to repeated firing when filled with concrete or your choice of masonry product.

We make a mortar to shoot fruit juice cans filled with Quikrete.  They are 2 1/8" diameter, and we cut the bore to  2 3/16".  The Quikrete is quick and easy, and the fruit juice is good for you.
