I have one like that, only in far better condition.

my only complaint is the plastic forearm hardware. 

and I'm drawing a blank here, but I think mine has a straight butt stock.

Gunbroker typical.  It is one of the nicest, lightest most desirable H&R rifles.  Wondering if next year we'll be kickin' ourselves that we didn't get it, 'cause the prices will be even higher.  No, I didn't bid...

Looks sorta like a project I been workin on with one of my 3030 barrels......wanted to make a period correct "military style"  H&R at the turn of the 19th century........  rechambered to 30-40 (30 US Govt), full length stock, bayo attachment, peep sights with flip up ladder for long range......


not finished yet but a crude workup attached.

i saw one for $150  on sale at gun shop
it locked up tight but real wobbly when open
