GM Dual Climate Control Problem
« on: May 06, 2013, 10:21:43 AM »
Left side works and right side just blows hot.  Read that this can occur after a battery change.  Anyone had problems like this?  How did you correct it?

Here's a link where some guys corrected the same problem. There are a number of different suggestions but the easiest solution is
towards the end of the thread. I'd try that one first.

I tried the full hot and cold suggestion and it worked.  When I turned the engine off for a while and returned, it failed again.  I did the hot/cold change routine and it worked again.  Have repeated it three times.  It also worked after I pulled the fuses and reinstalled them.  I just jot a new battery installed this spring.  Didn't notice the hot air on the passenger side until warm weather.
