Gas Checks coming off in Star sizer

Veral. I recieved the mold from you works great. My problem comes in the gas checks coming off. I measured the shank as .3955 and I am using Gator Checks. What can I do to fix my problem.

  The only fix is to open up the check shank, which I'll do if you return the mold with a couple sample checks.
