If you were to try them be sure to call Circle Fly and order a bunch of .125-28 ga nitro cards from them for the above loads!

Just to get you started in 20 ga:
Try using Fiocchi hulls as they are known to show pressure signs early on,
For 440/450 gr bullet in Sabot use CCI 209M primer and start at 33 gr of A. Steel and gradually come up 1/2 gr at a time, while watching for pressure signs like Ext. marks, flattened primer or hulls sticking in the chamber etc
Or 26.5 gr of HS-6 and gradually come up 1/2 gr at a time, while watching for pressure signs
Or 33 gr of Blue Dot and gradually come up 1/2 gr at a time while watching for pressure signs
Or 24 gr of LongShot and come up gradually 1/2 gr at a time while watching for pressure signs
******* For 285 to 290 RB load you could try 25 gr of WSF for about 1500 fps,
Or 28 gr LongShot for 1600+ fps
Or 34 gr Blue Dot for around 1600 fps
Or 19 gr Bullseye for 1500+fps

Please note the hulls in the picture above are Federal hulls that are made much stronger and do not easily show pressure signs, only at times. You will be better off choosing Fiocchi hulls as we know they are softer and will show pressure signs early on!
When we buy components from different vendors and mix and match the components, while hoping they will match:

Powder seeing is a serious problem but if you were to cut any paper 1 inch square and push it on top of the powder, you can help stop powder seepage!
Learn from my bad experience and mistakes, protect your hearing with good ear muffs that will block outside noise,
try this put your ear muffs on at home, now play very loud music and if you still do not hear your music, your ear muffs are Ok,
another test is clap your hands and you should not hear the clapping sound at all!
My mistake, I fell for nicer looking ear muffs that cost 4 times more and they were not good and failed to protect my hearing! !
Please use caution and common sense and fire them in a well made modern shotgun and not in a paper thin barrel and at your own risk.
Trust but verify for your safety comes first.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Ajay
