Got My New Quiver
« on: April 13, 2013, 02:32:50 AM »
The quiver in my videos is an older Black Widow 4 arrow quiver.  I had Thunderhorn make me a custom Linx quiver that works with my side mount bushings.  I got it in yesterday.

What a grand looking outfit there Swampus!   ;D

I used a bow quiver on my compounds, but they (the compounds) are comparatively heavy.  How does the quiver effect the balance of a stick/recurve type bow?   ???

Style, I like it.

The world has been convinced that function should trump everything. You can't beat natural materials and quality craftsmanship, that function well.

It doesn't bother me as far as balance.  This bow is so easy to hit with.  They say they're too expensive but I feel mine was well worth the money.  Well centered bullseyes are common.

If a person is smart enough to buy in early what is the cost divided by 40 odd years. The latest to win the chronograph wars will be second next month.

The Black Widow like most custom Trad bows will be just as stylish and in vogue in 2053 as a '65 Mustang is today.

Nice quiver. Thunderhorn Archery is about 40 mins from me. I had Dwaynes wrap on quivers on my Whips.

I have a Thunderhorn strap on quiver on my old Ben Pearson. I like it The quiver cost more than the bow did.

Your arrows,  are they cedar? Did you make them?  Man, can't get over how clear that photo is!  scout4

They are cedar.  They were made by All Wood Arrows.  He has a website and a facebook page.
