One way to catch Coyotes

Managing Coyotes is a real problem.  Here is one way a Rancher handled it.

The article mentioned it was a young coyote.  I don't know if that had anything to do with catching it.  It could have been sickly.
I've tried roping them before, and they can stay well ahead of a good horse, and look back tauntingly like "is that all you've got?"
