A couple of thoughts. One what is the barrel contour. The heavier barrel the less effect the application of such a rail would have. The long eye relief will be important, because the shotforce stock set is so light that gun will move around alot. Unless your going for some kind of porting or muzzle break. Open sights will probally have to mounted on the rail, the flip up ar back up type. Any rail will interfere with the rear sights if mounted on the barrel. I looked at the ebay link you posted and the 1022 rear sight was out of the game, nice they put the cut out, that was so they can say no gunsmithing needed. put it together with out the rail and scope fire 8 or 10 rounds and see if works for you before you go hog wild on the next step.
