It's actually worth spending some time at the site. I can't think of the last time I saw such a systematic example of propaganda and deception. Especially note that the option to read the law presents what amounts to advertising copy, not law. The overriding assumption seems to be that the insurance companies won't change their practices after major new constraints are added to their operations, like accepting people with pre-conditions, and being regulated in Sarbanes-Oxley fashion.
