Can anyone tell me what size screw H&R are using on their front sights? I looked through the FAQ's but couldn't find it . Thanks

Depends on when it was made, 6-48 and 3-56 are the most common, but they've used 3-48 and 4-48 also.

Prolly 3-56, but they've switched more than once.  :-\

I just got a 223 SL fitted and it has the same front screw as my 22 LR Sportster (new last year), which is a 3-48.  I've yet to find a plug screw in that size. >:(
