Tom
I just found out this week that I go in Monday morning the 24th for my 3rd and hopefully final surgery dealing with my cancer. I was planning to come up to FTA on Wednesday morning  and camp straight threw. Now that I'm going in Monday that is kind of shot as I'll be hospitalized until Wednesday at best and I'm thinking maybe even Thursday or Friday?? I just don't know. I know they won't keep me any longer than they have to as I drive them nuts.
I have been conspiring with my son on this thing though. So if I can get kicked out of the hospital soon enough and not be to crippled. My son said he would drive me to Marshfield Friday or Saturday just for the day. So I won't be there camped for the whole show. Do plan to try coming Friday or Saturday hobble around for the day and visit if functional enough to do so. Maybe I should rent a Hoover-Round lmao! run into the back of everyones shoes.
If I totally miss  coming to FTA then I guess it was just meant to be. At least I'm cancer free and by NTA I should be back up to full speed and able to make that in fine form.

Mark, hope all goes well and you can make it. If you can't--at least you will have a clean bill of health and should see you in September.
I went last week to the doc--its been a couple years. High blood pressure for the first time in my life--also a hernia,Haven't had one of those since I was 3. Also have to wear special socks on right leg,to keep all the blood in my veins--varicose veins make for an ugly painful leg
Now I have to go in weekly for a month to get pressure check--then back to the doc.
 Ah the golden years.
Only gold I will ever see--is if I wet my pants.
 Take care.

Heading out here in a few minutes so thanks for the well wishes. If things go good the boy and I are going to try to sneak up to Marshfield Friday for the day. So if I can make one day instead of the whole deal with camping. Better than nothing. Taking things as they come.
This getting old isn't for sissys. Man I've said that a lot since Febuary. LOL!
