Sarah Palin speaks at Faith & Freedom conference
« on: June 16, 2013, 03:17:03 AM »
I link this for those have seen Sarah as a person inspired to defend the principles of the constitution, smaller govt, less taxes and a better nation..    For those who think she is too far right (it's good to be RIGHT)..or those very few "conservatives" who bought into liberal spin, and think she is slow to articulate...need not view..
But for those who know she is bright and is right on politically..enjoy and reinforce the idea that she is mentally sharp!
(Intro first, she starts to get to the real "meat" at about 2:50 minutes)

in her favor, she's hot! Great legs...
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

My take on her too! And as far as looks! She's average IMO. Even if she was movie star material, why is that so important to voters?
She's nothing more than a tool used by the RNC.

I don't know enough about her other than where she came from. I have the idea that if she were homely, a lot of people would like her a lot more.

Absolutely, and she is about the only American politician that Putin respects and would ever listen to.
Why? Because what they have in common even by his words is.
They both put their country and its people first and foremost over anything else.

I don't call helpin John McCain in Arizona helpin your country. I call it the opposite of what she says she believes. At 63 and happily married, it wouldn't matter to me if she 5' tall, 400 lbs, with one eye in the middle of her forehead. She's a RINO.

Also for lower taxes, clean living, monogamous, not a fake Christian (who is really a muslim), a "speak straight from the shoulder" person, loves hunting, fishing, shooting.  A strong defender of the 2nd amendment..she can handle a crew job on a Bristol Bay salmon boat, negotiate successfully with both Russia and Canada (something neither "O" or Hellery can't seem to accomplish).. and she can teach Joe Biden where and when not to shoot !
All this BS about "helping John McCain" is irrational.  By the time Sarah was selected to help retain the White House, the contest was between 2 people..and 2 people only!
Our next president would be..John Sydney McCain or Barack Hussein Obama !

Most of us realized it was between a heroic but poorly "moderate" Republican and an avowed socialist revolutionary with terrorist friends ..Ayers & Dorhn..(revolution..totally transform).

If John McCain had asked me for my help..I would have joined right in ..just to keep us from the Obamafix we are now in!

I would like believe any patriotic American would have done the same!

If you didn't view the video..it is enlightening, check it out!  Of course, if you don't want to be enlightened...

I would vote for Sarah for president, or vp if Rand Paul were running, in a second. Did she make a bad choice in backing McCain, yea. Kinda like a cop sticking up for his partner, if he roughed up a perp that had given him a hard time. Right Dee!! ;) gypsyman

Sarah at least TRIED to prevent the Obamanation we are now suffering under..more than can be said for some "conservatives".
If she had been successful, perhaps the guys killed by Fast & Furious and at Benghazi would be alive today.  Surely, our gun rights would not STILL be under threat nationally.  Plus, we could rest assured we had someone in leadership whose own son served in combat in the war zone..that promotes understanding.
I doubt she would have favored the IRS and NSA being used as mob "enforcers" !  Just check out the video !!

Naturally, we would not now be suffering Obamacare and the Keystone pipeline would already be pumping..no billion$$ lost on "green" failures..and economically, our country would be working and profiting from our vast energy rtesources.  Imagine, just how much better off we would be !

BTW: Just announced on the news while I typed...  AETNA will stop health insurance coverage for all 49,000 California families, most of whom will likely forced into the government plan..

Is your little innuendo example of the cop some kind of accusation that I've done such a thing? So I don't agree with you on Palin, and you accuse me of misconduct? Do you need to win that bad? Yea, I guess you do. I've met guys like you before. Disagree, so you get out the shovel and start slingin imaginary dirt, on a completely different topic, based on "nothing". So YOU are "sticking up for your candidate" by makin up something you know nothing about. ;)

Now, this thread is about Sara Palin, but some have brought in Rand Paul in the same context. I do not see them as the same. Like his father, Rand Paul has not wavered. Sara Palin has been all over the political map. She, like her running mate McCain, is an: "also ran". She didn't win anything, except a job with Fox. She gives great speeches about conservatism but, supports non-conservatives LIKE McCain.
Rand Paul on the other hand: talks the talk, and walks the walk. Now he and Cruz, might make a good team, and I WOULD vote for them, but I have seen enough of Palin's antics.

Whatever her reasons were for quitting the Govenorship of Alaska, that decision did not help her
image one bit. She should have stayed the course in the office she was elected to.
It almost made me wonder if there wasnt some Nixon thing going on there.
After that no one took her seriously anymore and she hurt the party, any party she became
associated with. And she did waffle all over the immigration thing just like McCrap does.

No Dee, not an innuendo to you personally at all. Just reminding you, and everbody else, in certain professions, falling on the sword for a comrade in arms, is common. Why she backed McCain, who knows, why she quit being governor, probably to try and shield her family from the media attacks she was going thru. She told oil company's in Alaska to crap or get off the pot with their land leases, fired 1/2 the staff when she was elected. Stopped at a Walmart on the presidential campaign to get diapers for Trig, went in herself, rode with Harley riders, goes to gun shows and hunts. Yea, I'll take Sarah as a president anyday, over nummie in office now. Brain power doesn't come from testosterone levels. gypsyman

Well, I don't fall on swords for someone else's bad behavior, and never have. It's "their deed" and they can explain it. My point is gypsyman, she told everyone else (oil companies ect.) what they needed to do, and then she QUIT. If she were president, would she quit that too, to "shield her family".  She had months to weigh the right and wrong of supporting McCain's reelection, and still made the wrong choice. She claims to be conservative, but is really Republican. FOR THE PARTY. She's proved it over and over. I'm a "tea party conservative", but for the life of me, I don't understand why the Tea Party folks support her, after some of her more obvious "bad choices". If you don't know why she has done some of these things, how could you support her? I mean it's your right to do so, but I have my own opinions on the matter, and they don't  necessarily make me wrong, and you right.
I've bought diapers in Walmart, rode with Harley riders, I hunt, and I used to go to gun shows, but I'm not qualified to be president. Rand Paul, and MAYBE Cruz would make a far better choice for president, and I could get behind them. Palin on the other hand has been in both ditches, and seems to have trouble with the conservative side of the coin, while still "claiming it".
