just did a batch of small link breakfast sausage. Didnt have any casings so ordered some from lem instead of my normal place. What a pile of ****! Some of the casings were so small they wouldnt go over the small horn and most of the others broke so easy i didnt get but a few strings of good sausage. Lots of pin holes in them too. NEVER again will i order there casings. then the small pack I bought was suppose to do 25 lbs of sausage and i ran out before i got all 12lbs done. Ill go back to the meatman.com for all my stuff religiously after that fiasco
