Is there still hope for California ???

Is there a chance that the California court system has seen the light ?  I thought for sure when I saw the subject that they were screwing there people over once again. It looks light I might be wrong about that.

Well there's hope, but don't get too optimistic.
 
Just because a federal appeals court made a ruling doesn't mean the state of California will accept and abide by it.  My guess is the state will appeal the decision to the Supreme court - after all it's just taxpayer money they're spending to fight it!
