I am trying to decide between a Bushnell Legend 5-15x40mm and a Simmons 44 Mag 6.5-20x44mm?

Oh, and the i am gonna be using the gun/scope combo for varmint hunting, mainly coyote. The prices i can get on the scopes are...$150 on the Simmons and $170 on the Bushnell. Any info on these 2 scopes is greatly appreciated.

I can only comment on the Simmons 44 Mag 6.5-20x44mm scope. I have had up to 4 of these on different weapons. None ever failed and they are pretty bright scopes. My "only" complaint is that the cross hairs are pretty bold. Other than that they have worked both in the field and on paper well. The price was right - Plus they come with scope covers. Never could understand why my Weaver scopes - which cost two to three times more did not come with covers. Oily well...
Simmons 44 Mag 6.5-20x44mm are good scopes. (look at the mil-dot ones too)

Dang - just realized what your handle was......thinking on that - try open sights - with left eye open - close right eye - look at sights....(maybe that will give me more of a chance at running away)
