Somewhere between Orlando and Tallahassee............

There has to be somewhere between Orlando and Tallahassee to hunt hogs.  My son lives in Tallahassee with my two grandsons.  I live near Orlando.  He got home from Afghanistan at the tail end of deer season and we couldn't put a trip together with the boys.  We want to take them hog hunting before next deer season.  Any advice on a location?  Public or private?  The boys are ready and their spring break is coming up soon.

There are a lot of pay places to hunt in FLA. just google Hog Hunting in FLA.  Free hunting is hard to find. The FWC controls all the public land and hunting is by State Permit only thru a computer system where permits are given out allegedly by lottery. Check the FWC website for an area near you and then play the game. A lot of the private land is leased by the Professional hunters who trap the wide hogs and then bring them to the Pay hunt locations where they are executed. MHO    John N AKA Thomtender
