I was just checking past posts and saw this, that Jim is also gone.  Sad indeed!  Is there anything more on Bill's book?  Is anyone in contact with his family?  Maybe someone here can publish it - it would be a shame to let all that work and knowledge disappear!

If just for the pictures they've shown over the years this book would be invaluable.
Add to that all the historical data and it is a solid must have.
