Fed. Court: No Right To Display American Flag in Public School

A federal court (9th circuit) has affirmed a lower court ruling that said  public high school administrators could ban the display of the American flag in the interest of "safety"  because "latino" students threatened "violence".   There you have it!  No free speech for whites if non-whites threaten "violence".   Non-whites threaten violence and the government uses  its power to silence the victimes of the threat.  This is only marginally different from the  1960's when non-white "civil rights activists" burned down American cities in order to effect political change. 
 
 This is elevating criminals to a superior legal status and relegating their thretened victims to a lower status.
 
This is politically correct America racial caste system:  Non-whites now have the express legal power to enforce a gag rule on white people....all in the name of "civil rights." 
 
This has been going on for years here in California.  This is only one of many instances where white students have been subject to discilpline for displaying the US Flag or expressing pro-
American sentiments.   
 
I HOPE YOU MORONS WHO SUPPORTED THE WAR IN IRAQ AND SUPPORTED TORTURING PEOPLE   IN THE NAME OF "FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY" have finally figured out that you were idiots who were led down the path.  WE DON'T HAVE FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY IN THE USA. Courts routinely overturn elections.   We should clean up our own house before we drop bombs on other people and  lecture them about "human rights" that are denied to American people.
 
California has been invaded, conquired and occupied by filthy stinking Mexicans.  They are able to exercise the rights of conquorers by banning the national symbol of the country they have conquored.
 
This ruling is not the beginning of the end of free speech for white Americans, but it is most assuredly the end of the beginning.   If you care about freedom, stop supporting wars against other people (on behalf of Israel) and focus on achieving freedom in your own land.
 
If our own courts will support gag rules on  white Americans, we are  screwed.  Just screwed.

They call it "safety", but what it really has to do is Marxist liberalism.  My kid's English teacher has a reading list which includes Malcolm X and books written by drug addicts.  You heard that right.  That's in California also.  As a matter of fact, the teacher also told the class that some of those books were not only written by drug addicts, but the authors were also high when they wrote the books.  Yes, the public schools are really a bastion for this Marxist liberalism, to say the very least.   :o >:(

Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.

The Fed. government is ignoring rights as listed in the Constitution yet the U.S. populace continues to elect persons that allow this to happen so the fact that something that is NOT a right happens, is a surprize?

Yes.  But I want him to stay and learn about liberal education.  It's important that our young people experience the 'symptoms' of the disease so they will be motivated in the future to find a 'cure' for the disease.  First, they need to experience it, so for this, I have to congratulate the public school system.  They are educating our young for the future 'work' that will need to be done.   8)

This sort of thing is very common in US schools. You can get a good education in the public schools,but the parents need to navigate. It creates a system of haves and have nots that are both the product of the same schools.

Hairy Chest:  (1) the children won't learn from this experience, they will catch the illness and never know the difference.  And (2) - the hell with californika, we should just call it northern mexico and give it back to them - and fence the damn place off.  I seriously doubt we will have to worry about them immigrating east 'cause they would make such great targets crossing the state lines..............................
