Why is this "teacher" still teaching?

   This nosey woman probes into things that are not her business.  Since she admitted she has perverse ways, one would wonder if she were
 simply searching out her students, so she knew who she could prey upon.
 
  IMO..she should have been run off, and tagged properly so she will not be allowed to prey on students anymore.
