the kids in this region get that crap from public
schools. one of my young relatives came home
nearly in tears a good while back because they'd
told her at school that the rain forest was disappearing,
and we'd all soon be dead from climate change.
that was when she about 11-12.
she's since graduated college and is in her early 30's.
