anyone seen hevi shot for the 10ga?this was supposed to come out last year but i have only seen it in the duck and goose loads.i am looking for 6 shot turkey loads.

Even in the duck and goose loads its hard to find. I have had a difficulty finding 10 gauge Hevi-Shot even at our Bass Pro Store in OKC.

We usually order our Hevi from the Cabelas catalog. You might give there a look. I have found they carry a great selection of shotgun loads.

its hard to find in the stores most of the time. i would say order it too. its your best bet to get what you want, and when you want it. i get my hevishot from my local gun shop, but i order about a month ahead of time. that way i get it in plenty of time.

Based on your 10ga. setup, I went looking for info on the Comp-N-Choke Turkey Tubes. On the following site, they suggest you should not use Remington Hevi Shot loads. Scroll down to:

1. DO NOT shoot Remington Heavi Shot loads through these C-N-C turkey chokes.

Remington Hevi Shot loads may "swell" the choke and/or split the barrel, negatively altering the pattern, causing damage to the gun
or injury to the shooter.

paslugger,i year ago i did take to these people on the phone about their tubes and the fellow i talked to told me what ammo to shoot.it worked just like he said,he knew his stuff.if i ever shoot hevi shot i will need a different tube from the sounds of it.
