Fully funded by tax payers. This just ain't working with them and Trump is about to give all that
Money to Space X. Trump wants a spaceship, now,crew Dragon is the real deal.

hmmm... the old "the cream rises to the top"? They do have it very well done. Brings back a lot of national pride, a great thing to pass down to the generations.
