That looks to be the Kenosha shooting.
Part of video was on Fox news so the how dastardly the shooter was is dropping more and more each time it is reported from what I have seen and heard.

Now that the DOJ is investigating, the shooting of the first perp is looking a bit different.

  Looking at the original video of the shooting of Jacob Blake, it should raise anyone's suspicions, when the cops try to arrest him, and he walks deliberately to his car, rather than to the police car.
       Does it look like he is bending over, possibly to pick a knife off the floor of his car?  Is the cop trying to hold Blake back by pulling on his T shirt?
   If one thinks about it, when we go to climb into a vehicle, we don't bend over and stick our head in over the steering wheel... but rather, we lean backward slightly, and put our right foot in first.

It is now reported that he had a knife in his possession when shot. However, 7 shots still sounds very excessive.
  I suppose without having been on the scene, we cannot truly assess what happened.

  It did strike me s strange that he seemingly missed the police instructions, to either submit to arrest or get in the police car, rather than his own car.

  Guess it will all have to be sorted out, meanwhile it is hard to comprehend where rioting helps anything.
