Class 1 Felony Assault of Police Officer Filed on Shooter In Louisville!

That's what they filed on the thug that SHOT TWO police officers in an attempted assassination of them, just because they were police officers.

On August 3, 2020 in Mccreary County Kentucky, ATTEMPTED MURDER OF A POLICE OFFICER, was filed on a guy WHO SHOT "AT" a State Trooper during a felony arrest. NOBODY was hit in that incident.

IT IS NOT "ATTEMPTED MURDER" TO SHOOT A POLICE OFFICER DURING A "BLM RIOT" IN LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY!!!

COWARDLY, POLITICALLY PITIFUL, LOUISVILLE PROSECUTORS!

I'm no lawyer, but I think it hould be at least, attempted murder, and good for at least 20-25 years !

It WAS attempted murder last month in Kentucky when a guy shot AT police officers.

Shooting at someone (anyone) should be attempted MURDER.

Something tells me there is a kink in the law, like maybe they need to prove "intent to kill", although I don't know how you say bullets are NOT intended to kill ????

The "kink" is in the District Attorney's shorts. He's afraid to file murder charges on "a black man" trying to kill police officers, even though one of the officers shot was black.
His cowardice thinks the lesser charges will not make the rioting worse.

...And that DA, likely pretends to him/herself that they are distributing "justice" !  If so, they are lying to themselves..

  Rochester has had some riots there, because of leftist, weak leadership.  Here, a Rochester police captain, tries too instill some common sense into local politicians.

  Somehow, I think it will slide off  leftist cranial containers. like water off a duck's back !
