Good for them. As to my experience with My Pillow they are just a high priced pillow that quickly goes flat just like his competitors cheap ones do. I didn't have any problem getting a refund though. I actually ran across the guy in Costco one time. I told him my experience with his pillows and he took my comments into consideration. He came across as a nice person.
