Looking at this made me think it is proof that space aliens are here as for this to be news, you are not from this planet plus Sweet potatoes are not potatoes but are a good substitute for sweet squash.

We love potatoes about any way you can fix’em.
We save leftover mashed potatoes and momma makes what to me is the best potato salad I’ve ever had.

I like a sweet tater (even if it's not a real potato) baked just like a regular ol' spud tater every now and then. Baked potato, fried potato, french fries, potato salad, potato soup, it's all good if done right.

We cooked some up last week, I should have gotten more when I went down town yesterday.

I f you are a fan of potato soup try adding a generous portion of chopped green chiles in your next batch. Top a helping off with some black pepper to boot. It's delicious and warms you right up on a cold day.
