today than I thought I would ever
see, and from some that really
shocked and surprised me 
I can see now for sure ( I've thought
it for a very long time) that there'll
have to be major shortages and
hunger and blackouts and
total loss of internet and
cellphones and other conveniences
and suffering before the average
American will get off their a$$
and start to care about the
country again in the way that
we used to a half a century ago.
As long as the average person is
spoon fed, nothing will change.
It pains me to see the pile of
slimy turds that we've become.
Those that don't see it up close
and think they can sit back and
let it pass them by are the biggest
loser chumps of all

Indeed, All one needs to do is look where the money comes from and you can tell if they are bought or about to be. The days of having men and women of integrity representing the common folks are over. Every sitting member of congress needs to be removed and all benefits ended. Term Limits need to be put in place and the "2 Party System" must come to an end. This experiment has lasted longer than any other in history, for a time it was great but now it has run its course. Maybe there are folks out there who can rally enough support to return to a system more inline with what the founders had in mind... but... nah, those who care are to old to really do anything and those who could do something do not care enough. So it is what it is, and it will be, what it will be. For me, I am ready to just find a spot to live off grid until such time as all this crap is over or I am which ever comes first...

cozy apple cart turned over.

Exactly. Linda and I are moving to a low population area of north west Texas, and I'll never come back to this rat race liberal Dallas area again. They can have it.
I'm sick of California transplants, purple hair, and 30 year olds on skateboards.

Just me-  I didn't see any of the alleged
" violence " that the alleged " terrorists "
did other than the pinhead busting out
the window. Now,  I get lectured ALL the
time online and in person about how security
cameras and trail cameras and satellites
and cellphones capture EVERYTHING everywhere
that goes on every minute of every day, but
that logic would decree that every illegal
act that was perpetrated in DC would be
on television and online for the world to see.
Especially since the leftys want to convict
the marchers in the media, one would think
the images of the vandalism would be everywhere.

Or did they really even do anything besides the
window? Did "specialists " come in behind the
marchers and do the deed? If I were a gubmint
agent, that's what I'd have done, then ran out
screaming to get photos of all the damage done
by all those "seditionists"
