  Sounds crazy, but many ideas held by the old, classic liberals, do not disagree with conservatives.  Just consider, the old time liberals (e.g.Alan Dershowitz), were not averse to debating an issue, did believe in freedom of speech, religion etc.

  Then, along came the leftists, a totally different breed of cat.  ..one that believes ion freedom of speech and religion on about the same level as Joseph Stalin, Pol Pol, Fidel Castro or Kim Jung Un..

  Here's a test to find out if that "friend" or relation is simply liberal, or hard core leftist !

  We have a new breaking point..th eold fashioned liberal will debate, it is the hard~core Leftists, communists and Fascists who refuse to debate and just want to silence any opp[osition...by any means possible.
 
      ...Primarily because their ideas won't stand the test of reason and common sense..

Why should they debate when most everybody is submitting to lockdown, vaccines, election theft, fake news, etc. erc.?
With submission there's nothing to debate.
