Haven't you figured it out yet. They are the anointed royalty and we are only serfs and royalty has never cared much about the well being of their serfs. We are just around to do the work and provide the tax dollars for them to buy votes to remain royalty. If some of us are killed it doesn't matter at all to them and they certainly don't want us to be able to rise up and resist them. We got rid of a tyrant king to have freedom and now we are awash in people that think they should rule us.
