Unfortunately, the jackasses are never
adequately punished, and are released to
pick right back up where they left off.
Of the people I've known personally that
were criminals and felons, none were
ever " rehabilitated " by their incarceration.
They pretty much always picked right
back up where they left off, usually better
educated about how to go about their
illegal ways
