This is much like making biscuits put on a flowered plastic or wood board and roll out and with a 2 inch biscuit cutter cut out and place on a baking sheet I like the dark non stick ones bake at 350 till done place under a broiler for a few seconds or more to lightly brown top. I don't roll the dough out very thin as they do nor rise much and will be tough I find leaving the dough 3/4 of an inch works great. They are great with orange marmalade and a cup of English Breakfast hot tea. You may have to experiment a little. Some like dried cherries. You can also leave out the fruit but I find with the raisins they are much better Hope you enjoy. Here they are ready to serve. Hot out of the oven.
