Glad to be back home!

I was lucky enough to find this site today. I see a bunch of familiar names, good to see them! I am now retired and moved back east of the Cascade mountains in Oregon, spittin' distance from the Oregon Trail. My interests are still single shot rifles, T/Cs, Ruger #1s and Winchester/Browning 1885s. My friends have a 1,000 yard range and I still load my own. I still have one Handi Rifle, Handis led me to Graybeard years ago. Everyone Stay Safe!

  Welcome back Flyn...   Irony..I was first led to GBO by way of the Handis also.  That was originally about in the year 2002, as I recall, and somebody mentioned it on the old Marlin Owners forum.

 Curiously, i don't happen to have any Marlins right now...but perhaps if Ruger starts building them again..

Thanks for the welcome! I still have a few Marlins, an 1897T, an 1894C and a 70Pss Papoose. My latest affliction has been falling block rifles, Ruger #1s and 1885s. These are very different from my AK and SKS days. I started with single shot rifle and shotgun, found my way back starting with Handis.
