Albuquerque general area, possibly up further north. Want to be three hours or less from Albuquerque. Looking at areas just NE of Albuquerque too. Wife wants both trees and mountain views. Not easy in that area.

Why would you want to be close to that cesspool?

Your best scenic areas IMO will be on over in the Sangre De Christo Mountains area. Pretty country there. By the way, everything costs more in Sante Fe County so you might want to consider that when looking. Check out the Los Vegas area too. You will still be within three hours of the state's crime ridden canker.

Discovered my birth mother a year and a half ago and she lives there. We have developed a close relationship. Some other reasons too.

15 years ago I found out my mother gave up my oldest sister for adoption, she found us. She is now part of the family and is close with my mother too.
