If you know you did your
best raising children, and they
drift away from what they were
taught, there's no blame to
shoulder.
I have relatives that I know were
given the best of care during their
raising, yet they still followed a
path of their own choosing.
I know of children of friends and
acquaintances that did the same.
No murderers that I'm aware of,
but most everything else. A couple
in jail, a couple in the big house.
One or two in the cemetery.
Things have changed for the worst
since I was small. I can't think of
anything that one person could do
to prevent it, just keep doing the best
we can. I know it's hard to keep
going on and not run away and become
a hermit
