  Dengue fever leads to Leprosy..  We read about Leprosy in the Bible, but almost never experience it in the contiguous USA.. since dengue and Leprosy have normally been moving in South American rain forest locales.

  I don't suppose we should suspect the open borders with unknowns flooding in, to have anything to do with it..
